great air conditioning refreshing water pressure large room limited dinner availability rude staff member unhelpful service
The air conditioning worked well, a crucial feature . i found great water pressure in the shower. That was really refreshing. the room i had was quite large. I was very comfortable.
the menu indicated dinner was available until 22:30, but i was told at 21:45 that i could not order. i had meetings all day and planned to eat there, but most nearby kitchens were closed. the staff member was rude and offered no alternatives, not even a bag of crisps.

mixed feelings about this stay
rude receptionist limited dinner
I had issues one evening . the menu said dinner was available until 10:30 pm, but at 9:45 pm i was told i couldn't order anything. i had a full day of meetings and wanted to eat at the hotel, but most nearby kitchens were closed. even though i asked for just a cold plate or a bag of crisps, the receptionist was rude and offered nothing. They even hung up the phone. i expected better service considering the room prices.

the room was well cleaned and organized. the bed was super comfortable. fresh bread and pastries made breakfast amazing!!!

daily towels convenient location friendly staff
the location was really convenient. i found a supermarket and a bakery just a short walk away (it helped a lot). the staff was friendly. they always greeted me with a smile. the room was well-kept. i especially liked the daily towel changes.
the room i had was a bit on the smaller side.

The room was clean and the location proved convenient for accessing local attractions.
